At Pyrgos Ralli Guesthouse, we are committed to providing all our guests with a beautiful and relaxing holiday experience. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during your stay. Rest assured, our high standards of hospitality remain steadfast, and we have taken all necessary measures to adapt our operations to the new health protocols to ensure the safety of both our guests and staff.

• Check-in time: 15:00
• Check-out time: 11:00

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

• Smoking is prohibited indoors; however, designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.
• Pets are permitted under certain circumstances, but we kindly request prior communication and adherence to our pet policy.
• In consideration of all guests, parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
• Quiet hours are observed from 15:00 to 18:00 and again from 23:00 to 08:00 to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone’s enjoyment.

RESERVATION TERMS

• A 50% down payment is required at the time of the reservation in order to confirm a booking
• Children 2 and under can stay for free

CANCELLATION OF DIRECT BOOKINGS

• Guest can cancel free of charge up until 15 days before arrival. The 50% down payment will be kept if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
